Personal Biography
Mr. Kaplan has extensive experience representing clients with significant personal injuries throughout New York State. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars for accident victims.
He handles all facets of litigation, including: thoroughly investigating accidents, conducting all necessary discovery, and trying cases to verdict. Mr. Kaplan has been called upon and hired by other law firms that do not handle accident cases to act as personal injury counsel. He received his Juris Doctor (law degree) from Brooklyn Law School, in downtown Brooklyn, where he was active in the school’s Civil Clinic Program with the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District, NY.
